Session 0 Studios

We love the empowering force of story.

Through a well-told story, the world can change. Our goal is just to make those stories, well, more awesome.

Cayden Ottley

Whether it’s magic, dragons, the farthest reaches of space, or the deepest depths of the ocean, Cayden has always fantasized over the endless possibilities of our multi-verse. He is a huge fan of fantasy books like The Inheritance Cycle, and Harry Potter, & has been a part of an ongoing D&D campaign for the last 3 years. He strongly believes that “nerding out” brings out the best in all of us.Ā

Cayden has been a RealtorĀ® for the past 5 years where he specializes in everything residential real estate. In his free time, Cayden also volunteers at Mapleton Fire Department where he serves as an EMT on an Ambulance.

Some of his other hobbies include Rock climbing, navigating slot canyons, hiking, Brazilian Jiujitsu, playing guitar, singing, snowboarding, cooking, and traveling with his wife Lauren.

Justin Lewis

Justin’s loved stories since he was a boy. Finding in them, an escape to a new world, he fostered a deep love for fantasy and science fiction until it brought him to D&D. Justin has been playing D&D for years now when he isn’t with his wife Mikayla, their dog Journey, or their family. Justin also enjoys hosting the podcast How to Be a Better DM, a show about taking your storytelling to the next level. He also does SEO for full-time work and hydroponics as a hobby.

Overall, Justin wants to always improve and help others do the same. That’s what Session 0 Studios is all about.

Tanner Weyland

Tanner Weyland is always interested in having a good time with people he cares about as well as experiencing great stories, which is why he was so attracted to D&D and most types of nerd-age. His philosophy on being a DM and being a player is fairly similar: Be considerate and excited for the others in your game, and always do what sounds the most interesting and impactful. In his personal life, Tanner enjoys reading, playing video games, and walking around his mosquito-infested neighborhood with his wife and dog.
